Dogs must be currently vaccinated within the last 12 months, we will require a copy of your vaccination card, no dog will be admitted for boarding if they have any contagious or infectious diseases. All dogs must be vaccinated against Kennel Cough as well as the 4 in 1 Parvo, Distemper, Hepatitis and Parainfluenza.
NOTE: Kennel Cough vaccination must have been administered 10 days prior to the commencement of the dog boarding.

Only quality food is fed at Homewood.
We feed Butch White Label (Chicken) dog roll and Purina premium dry food.
Owners to provide special diets which will be fed at no extra charge.

We have indoor and outdoor exercise areas, your dogs are exercised a minimum of twice daily for an hour and a half each time, depending on the weather.
The kennels are indoors and each dog is provided with a stretcher bed and bedding, we also have plastic dog beds for those dogs that tend to chew.
Each individual dog is shielded from its neighbor in the night kennels by solid partitions to minimize any bullying or intimidation, giving each dog its out personal space.

We run dogs individually unless they are from the same family or if requested by the owner for the dog to have some play time with other dogs. We will at our discretion, combine dogs into compatible pairs if we see that they are wishing to play and this is done only under strict supervision they are never left alone.

Water is replenished twice daily and the source is pure rainwater.

Medications will be administered.

Dogs in Season.
Our aim is to provide an environment that is as stress-free as possible for all dogs staying with us. For this reason we ask that you let us know if your dogs are due to come into season (or were in season just prior to their stay). A surcharge may be charged if a dog comes into season during her stay with us.

Overdue Pick Ups.
We reserve the right to make suitable arrangements for any dog left in our care if contact is not made by the owner within 2 weeks after the agreed collection date.

We consider our facility and management practices to be of the highest standards. However, we accept no responsibilities for illness, injury, death or loss for any reason what so ever.

We accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to any belongings that are left with the dog during their stay.

We also reserve the right to seek Veterinary attention for any boarding pet should we deem necessary, all costs will be borne by the owner. Please advise us of any pre-existing conditions at check in.
